Led to the New wave of Industrialization in India to use cheape Labour, Few Labour union, Large Market, Near Raw material
Examples of Industries →
Working → Low wage, long working class, low Mobility in Occupation, no union based movement.
Working class strength led to their engagement in National Movement in Later Phase.

4th Phase (

Features

Discrimination with Indian Capitalist class
Realisation that Colonial Govt would not support the Native Industrialised Class.
Swadeshi movement push to the indigenous goods → Oppertunity structure for the Growth of Industrial by Local Capitalist class.
Then move to the Nationalist Movement and their Support → AR Desai Support this argument due to Class Interest Fusion.
Heavy Industries were set UP in this period.
