- Story of attitude because many of our practice life problems are related to Attitude not about our inability to know what is rights or wrong→ our attitude which at the end rationalise our not doing good things.
- In syllabus there are topics which are in nature that inherent to person and ensure they do good work, much like the virtues ethics person. Other points are kind of Enablers- help them to perform good or more quality work then other like EI, Attitude etc. Rest are tools which desist them to do Wrong things in work, ex Code of conduct etc.
- Discretion shows the power + Respected belief over the command of position → but it scope to do good things has been very slow RATHER People in power position are using it for personal extraction purposes.
